Introduction to Environmental Studies- The subject examines the scientific facts, concepts and information about Earth. It studies how humans have made an impact on the environment in the social, economic and political contexts.
Ecology and Evolution- It focuses on the processes of evolution and ecology through several levels. Students are made to analyze the interaction between and among the organisms and the environment.
Chemistry and Toxicology- The principles of chemistry and toxicants are studied. The effects of transportation of toxicants in the food cycle are evaluated.
Conservation Biology- It examines the consequences and causes of biodiversity conservation, loss, strategies to overcome environmental problems. Practises of biodiversity conservation are studied such as gene, ecosystem, population, etc.
Statistics- The applications of statistics are applied for collecting the data and analysing the results such as collecting data for population, deforestation rate etc.
