Health Science is a program through which one learns about the natural science, technology, engineering and mathematics which will be applied in healthcare research and practice. The main objective of this course is to provide theoretical and practical knowledge to the entry-level Health Science Specialist.

Subjects taught to the Health Science students are both theoretical and practical. Some of the subjects which are taught are Anatomy and Physiology, Microbiology, Medical terminology, Ethical issues in health science, Human biology.
An Associate’s degree in Health Science requires an average of 60 to 80 credit points. The program takes normally two years to complete.
A Bachelor’s degree in Health Science requires an average of 110 to 120 credit points. The program takes normally four years to complete.
A Master’s degree in Health Science requires an average of 30 to 40 credit point. The program takes normally two years to complete.
A Doctorate’s degree in Health Science takes three to six years to complete. The program is basically research-based and requires hands-on experience.
There are few requirements which need to be fulfilled before one applies for an admission in the Health Science program. The student should have a high school diploma with a minimum of 2.0- 3.0 GPA.
