Human resource is a study that deals with the techniques for organizing businesses, hiring personnel and training individuals for a career. This course is concerned with the human workforce and provides the knowledge required to manage the recruitment, selection, development, appraisal, retention, compensation, labor relation, handling disputes.
An Accredited College/University creates a pathway for the students to enroll in human resources programs offered by the Colleges/University which are funded by the federal government or the state government.
