Industrial/Organizational psychology is the course which is also known as “occupational psychology”, Organizational psychology is an applied program within psychology. It is the science of human behaviour relating to job and applies psychological theories and principles to organizations and individuals in their workplace as well as the individual's work-life.

An Associate’s degree provides the fundamental knowledge about organizational psychology and prepares students for entry-level jobs or obtaining advanced degrees. It requires 50-60 credits and takes 2 years to be completed.
A Bachelor’s degree program focuses on the behavioural aspects of controlling and supervising the human workforce of an organization or industry. It requires 120-130 credits and takes 4 years to be completed.
A Master’s degree provides the students wide range of analytical and leadership skills, which they can use to improve the operations and effectiveness of the organization they work with. It requires 36-45 credits and takes 2 years to be completed.
A Doctorate’s degree provides more in-depth knowledge about the organizational psychology and improves the analytical as well as technical skills required to manage the workplace. It requires 60-70 credits and usually takes 3-5 years to be completed.
The minimum of 2.7-3.0 GPA is required to apply for admission in industrial/organizational psychology programs.
