Organization development is the study of successful organizational change and performance. This course is concerned with the understanding and planning for the changes required for the organization's development and helping the organization in future.

The organizational development course includes subjects such as introduction to the organizational development, cultural diversity, economic issues, ethics and decision making, social responsibility, sustainability, management skills, human resources, marketing. This course provides the basic as well as in-depth knowledge about the organizational development.
An Associate’s degree requires 60-65 credits and takes 2 years to be completed. It prepares the students to be able to handle the workforce in an organization. The main topics covered under this program include business management, ethics, human resources, finance, and marketing.
A Bachelor’s degree requires 120-125 credits and takes 4 years to be completed. This course prepares students to work as human resource manager, marketing manager or a training and development manager.
A Master’s degree requires 30-40 credits and takes 2 years to be completed. It prepares the students for the supervision level jobs in an organization.
A Doctorate’s degree requires 60-70 credits and takes 3-5 years to be completed. It is concerned with the organizational theory, and research.
The minimum GPA required to apply for admission in organizational development fall between 2.75-3.00.
