What is Business Management?

The activities associated with running a company, such as controlling, leading, monitoring, organizing, and planning.   • Human Resources - A human Resource manager plays a significant role in the company wherein one needs to supervise and coordinate the work of the specialists and staffs and also resolve the issues and conflicts between employees and the management.
