Arizona State University Admissions Process
Arizona State University has a competitive admissions process. Applicants must submit a myriad of documents and test scores, and follow the process in these few steps:
1. Complete the Application
Students can either use ASU’s Application for Admission, Common Application, or the Coalition Application to apply. Since high school transcripts might not be ready upon the Arizona State University application deadline date, the school recommends that you self-report your grades. The bonus? ASU doesn’t need you to submit a personal essay with the application! One less thing to worry about.
The ASU application fee is $50 for in-state applicants, $70 for out-of-state applicants, and $85 for international nonresidents. You can submit the fee on My ASU using a credit card, or mail a money order to Admissions Services:

2. Submit SAT and ACT Scores
SAT and ACT scores will help your application, but ASU doesn’t make them mandatory. The College Board will usually send your SAT scores to the school upon your request.
