Cabrillo College follows a simple application and admission process involving a total of 4 steps that are as follows: Step 1 that a prospective candidate needs to complete: Submitting the application A candidate is first required to apply to the college as part of the admission procedure at Cabrillo College. Interested candidates can apply to the university by either calling the college at (831) 479-6100 or through online mode. They can also follow an alternate way to take admission to the college by visiting its admissions office at 6500 Soquel Dr, Aptos, California 95003. Students wishing to take admission at Cabrillo College can also directly contact its admissions office by phone. Step 2 in the application process is acceptance by CC It should be noted by the candidates that submitting ACT and SAT scores is recommended but not mandatory for admission to Cabrillo College. Further, after submitting the form and depositing the enrollment fee, to receive their admission decision, students are required to submit the following documents: Essay: Also known as the personal statement, the essay submitted by an applicant offers them a unique way to showcase their achievements and personality. It is advised that applicants include personal experiences and anecdotes as well. Transcripts: Submitting the necessary high-school and college transcripts is an important part of the evaluation process. An applicant can use Parchment (or similar platforms) to submit the same. Official Test Scores: As mentioned above, submitting SAT and ACT scores at CC is not mandatory and not all students submit them. However, by submitting these official scores, a candidate can make a stronger claim for securing a seat at Cabrillo College. The college may request additional documents or information from the applicants once the reviewing process is over. Step 3 involves confirmation of attendance As part of the Step 3 in the admission process, the candidates must confirm their attendance to Cabrillo College. The candidates will be required to complete their Financial Check-In process and select their housing, too. Review and verification of Summary of Accounts and Financial Aid (scholarships, fees, and tuition costs), choosing a lodging option, selecting a payment plan, and making the first payment are some of the processes included in the admission at the varsity. Before proceeding to register for classes, candidates also have to complete the Math and English assessments. The deadline to apply to the varsity depends on various factors. The Fall applications that start in September and go on till April are the most preferred among students. Though the final deadline is in April, a September deadline has also been fixed which pertains to early decisions.
