Otherwise, they can contact Central School of Practical Nursing's admissions office by phone in order to take admission. Step 2 to the application and admission process: Acceptance by CSPN Once the candidate has submitted their form and deposited the enrollment fee, they are required to submit certain documents to successfully receive an admission decision.
