Among them are scholarship programs such as Abe and Annie Seibel Foundation Loan, Children of U.S. Military who are Missing in Action or Prisoners of War (MIA/POWs) Exemption, Dr. Joseph Graham Fellowship for College Pro-Life Leaders, and Faye and Rendell Webb Scholarship.
