Alternatively, they can also directly visit the university's admissions office at 500 Grand Concourse, Bronx, New York 10451. Otherwise, they can contact CUNY Hostos Community College's admissions office by phone in order to take admission. Step 2: Acceptance by CHCC To receive their admission decision after applying to the university, students must submit various documents, including Essay submission, Transcripts or academic records, and Official SAT Test score (SAT CHCC Code: 2303).
