Financial aid packages are offered with the intent to support students with an affordable amount for funding their education with better skills and leadership qualities for a better tomorrow. Dallas Theological Seminary (DTS) has a list of scholarships and financial aid to assist candidates with extreme financial conditions. DTS financial aid has catered numerous students with an amount of $4.5 million. You are requested to fill up the FAFSA form for eligibility with regard to these financial assistance.
Scholarships

The Rowling Family Scholarship: This applies for ThM students with excellent academic performance and ministry potential. They are awarded with $60,000.

President’s Scholarship: A $3,000 merit-based scholarship awarded every semester until the fourth semester.

African-American Scholarships: Students planning to join the church ministry are awarded with a $2,500 award.

Enhanced Scholarship: A $2,000 scholarship award is offered every semester for those involved in part-time jobs and has taken up 12 credit-hours at the least.

Partner Ministry First Class Free: The students are allowed with a 50% discount rate over their tuition fees only if they are full-time staff members of Kanakuk, YoungLife and Navigators.

General Scholarship: Students working for at least 20 hours and taking up 9 hours of course are offered a $1,500 scholarship.

Grants
We regret to inform you that we are unable to assist you informing you of any Federal Grants, State Grants and Institutional Grants offered by the seminary. Although we do understand that they play a tremendous role when it comes to assisting students financially, we recommend you contact the seminary's representatives for more information regarding this.
Loans
Direct Loan Programs: These are low-interest loans with rates fixed up to 6.6% where students are allowed to borrow up to $20,500. With regard to Federal guidelines, the undergraduates and graduates are allowed to borrow a loan limited to $138,500.
