Daytona College follows a simple application and admission process that includes a total of 4 steps, which are as follows: Step 1: Submitting the application A candidate is first required to apply to the college as part of the admission procedure at Daytona College. Interested candidates can either apply online or by calling the college at (386) 267-0565. Alternatively, they can also directly visit the university's admissions office at 425 South Nova Road, Ormond Beach, Florida 32174-8445. Otherwise, they can contact Daytona College's admissions office by phone in order to take admission. Step 2 in the application process is acceptance by DC After submission of the form and deposition of the enrollment fee, an applicant has to submit certain documents, to receive an admission decision. In the case of Daytona College, an applicant has to submit the following documents: Essay: This is also known as the personal statement, it offers applicants to list their achievements and personality. Applicants are advised to include personal experiences and anecdotes as well. Transcripts: As a part of the evaluation process, candidates have to submit necessary high-school and college transcripts. Daytona College admits students without regard to race, age, disability, creed, sexual orientation, gender, marital status, religion, national or ethnic origin, to all of the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded our students. The minimum requirements for getting admitted to Daytona College are as follows-
Evidence of one of the following: high school graduation, GED equivalent, home-study certificate or transcript from a home-study program that is equivalent to high school level and is recognized by the student’s home state, higher education credential earned, such as AS, AA, BA, BS, MBA, Ph.D. An applicant to any program who has not yet obtained a GED or who cannot provide proof of graduation may obtain GED testing information from the Admissions Department. The applicant is encouraged to work with the Admissions Department until the GED is satisfactorily completed. At that time, the applicant may then continue with the enrollment process.
An applicant must be beyond the compulsory age of attendance at a secondary institution in order to be admitted to Daytona College.
Applicants enrolling in the distance education programs must complete an online orientation and complete an assessment with a qualifying score of 80%.

In addition to furnishing the required documents and information, the applicants also need to deposit an application fee of $50. The application deadline of the college depends on several factors.
