Grants
Federal Pell Grants

Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant(FSOEG)
The financial aid office will award FSEOGs to students that have the most financial need. The FSEOG does not need to be repaid, except under certain circumstances.
Teacher Education Assistance for College and Higher Education Grant(TEACH)
This is a federal grant program for students who plan to teach in a high need field at a low-income school for at least four years within eight years of completing an approved teaching program.
Loans
There are different types of loans that are offered to the students to meet their education costs. However, the loans are needed to be repaid that too with a certain amount of interest in it.
The different types of loans offered by the university are:
A Subsidized Direct Loan is awarded on the basis of financial need. Interest does not accrue while you are enrolled at least half-time and during other specified deferment periods. Repayment begins six months after you cease to be enrolled at least half-time.
An Unsubsidized Direct Loan is not awarded on the basis of need. The principal will be deferred until six months after you cease to be enrolled at least half-time. You will be charged interest from the time the loan is disbursed until it is paid in full.
Federal Work-Study Program
It provides part-time limited employment for students, helping reduce the financial barriers to higher education. It provides a real-life learning experience for students, encouraging them to be self-directed in the lifelong learning process. It provides an effective support service to the college at a reasonable cost, contributing to the effective accomplishment of the goals of the college.
