Mid-America Christian University (MACU), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, provides financial assistance on the basis of the family’s ability to contribute. Last year, the university awarded over $8,153,422 in financial aid through scholarships, grants, loans, and work-study assistance.
Scholarships
University provides scholarships on the basis of student’s academic achievements, proven leadership, and participation in extracurricular activities- both in their schools and their communities. MACU's merit-based scholarships are offered through the following programs:

President’s Scholarship is offered to the fresher students.

Dean’s Graduate Scholarship awarded to graduate students who have achieved academic achievements.

Faculty Scholarship, awarded to those who scored excellent high school grades.
- MACU Freshman Scholarship is offered to two students per year, based on the overall performance of the student.
Transfer Scholarships
Transfer Scholarships are also provided at Mid-America Christian University, they are as follows:

MACU Transfer Scholarship is awarded to two recipients per year based on their overall performance.

Achievement Transfer Scholarship is awarded to those who maintain a GPA of 3.5 for annual renewal.

These all transfer scholarships are awarded to the students, based upon their test scoring.
Grants
Grants are gift assistance which is awarded on the basis of financial aid. Various grants awarded to the students at the university are as follows:
Federal Grants

Federal Pell Grant, awarded only to those students who have not earned a bachelor’s degree.

Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant(SEOG), this grant is awarded to those students who have less financial need.
