Prairie State College follows a simple application and admission process involving a total of 4 steps that are as follows: Step 1: Submitting the application The first step in PSC's admission procedure is applying to the university. To apply to the university, interested candidates can either call the college at (708) 709-3500 or do it through online mode to secure admission. Those willing to take admission can also directly visit the university's administration at 202 South Halsted Street, Chicago Heights, Illinois 60411-8226. They can contact the Prairie State College admissions office by phone as well. Step 2 in the application process is acceptance by PSC The applicant would be required to submit necessary documents to receive an admission decision once they have submitted the form and deposited the enrollment fee.
For Prairie State College, applicants will have to submit the following documents: Essay: Also known as a personal statement, the essay provides the applicant with an opportunity in a unique way to showcase their achievements and personality. Personal experience and anecdotes of the applicant can also be included.
Transcripts: Applicants must also submit high-school and college transcripts for the evaluation process. They can submit the same through Parchment (or similar platforms).
Official Test Scores: By submitting these official scores, the applicant can avail of a better chance of securing a seat at Prairie State College.
