Scholarships
The Rowan University offers various types of scholarships:

Rowan University Scholars Program: This scholarship is awarded to students with excellent merit records. The award amount is determined by Rowan University’s Division of Student Affairs based on the overall academic qualifications of the student.

CMSRU Institutional Scholarships: Cooper Medical School of Rowan University (CMSRU) provides all eligible students financial support based on financial need. Students who submit their FAFSA forms with the correct details are considered eligible for this scholarship. CMSRU Scholarship Committee keeps students posted with the details of the scholarship and guides them accordingly.

Grants
Federal Grants

Pell Grants: The grant amount is decided according to the course enrolled and the number of credits associated with that course. The amount may go up to $6,195. Students should apply for this grant by submitting their FAFSA forms. In order to be eligible, the student must be either a U.S. citizen, or a permanent resident.

Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (SEOG): Priority is given to students who have previously received a Pell Grant. This is usually awarded to students who have depleted their previously received aids. Grant awards may range between $100 and $4,000.
State Grant

Tuition Aid Grant (TAG): This Grant is provided to undergraduate students who live in New Jersey and have financial need. The amount of grant depends on the financial need, cost of attendance, and available funding for this grant.

Educational Opportunity Fund Grant (EOF): This grant provides financial assistance to students living in New Jersey and are coming from economically weak backgrounds and want to study further. Students need to participate in the Educational Opportunity Fund to get eligible for this grant.
