Santa Ana College financial aid is solely targeted at developing the potential of the deserving students and to make this target more attainable for the students who are in need of funds. The college offers merit-based and need-based scholarships and financial aids in the form of grants, loans and work-study programs. Once the admission process is complete, the students are considered as recipients of these financial aids.
Scholarships

Career Education Scholarship is given to the candidates on meeting a certain GPA criteria.

School of Continuing Education Scholarship is for those adults who are completing their education late in terms of their age in this college.

The SAC Annual Scholarship, SAC FireTech Program Scholarship and the SAC Foundation President's Scholars Program are few more institutional scholarships that you may avail.

SAC Incoming Freshmen Scholarship is for the new candidates enrolled for a Santa Ana College program.

The SAC Athletic Hall of Fame Scholarship is provided to support the athletic skills of the students.

Grants
Federal Grants
The Federal Pell Grants amount will depend on the number of credit hours that you are attending and also financial need based on EFC. The grant can allow up to $6,195.
The Supplement Grant is a need-based grant provided only to the undergraduate students who are enrolled for a full-time course and also are recipients of the PELL Grants showing an exceptional financial need. An amount of $400 is granted annually.
State Grants
California College Promise Grant is a need-specific grant which can waive the fee amount to a certain extent and it is only available to the residential candidates of California.
The California Student AID commission provides the Cal Grant Programs to the Californian Students.
Loans
The William D.Ford Federal Direct Loan is of two types - subsidized loans and the unsubsidized loans. The Federal loans can be applied for by the students at an interest rate of 5.05%. You may also apply for the Federal Work-Study Program or the Perkins Loan.
