Application Process

The application process for all the programs is quite the same. It involves the entry of basic details and submission of transcripts like high school transcripts and test results.

As for the ACT scores, an average score of 26 is needed to get accepted to Simmons University. Simmons College of Kentucky aims at providing strong academic and professional programs in order to develop students into productive citizens and agents of change in society. The admission requirements differ across programs.

The general admission requirements are mentioned below

  • A filled application form.

  • Official high school or GED transcript.

  • Official prior college transcripts, if you previously attended other schools.

  • An autobiographical essay explaining how your unique qualities and faith journey will contribute to the college. Approximate words required 200-300 words.

  • At least one letter of recommendation from someone who can attest to your character, academic maturity, and preparation for the Simmons College of Kentucky. It cannot be attested by a family member or friend.

  • For the Bachelor of Theology Program, you are required to submit two Simmons College of Kentucky character reference forms.
