Strayer University has an acceptance rate of 100%. In contrast to many other universities, Strayer University offers a rather straightforward and smooth admission process. We have provided an in-depth discussion of the admission process down below.
Admission Process
Create an account
To apply for admission, the university requires you to create an account with them. With the help of this account, the student can keep track of their applications, financial transactions, and the programs the student may have enrolled in. You can also read more about the admission process on the university’s Admissions Page.
Admissions Portal
Once you create an account with the university, you gain access to the admissions portal. After logging in, you need to verify your identity. Furthermore, the Admissions Officials also require you to hand in your official transcripts while also selecting your preferred courses. You also need to set up a payment method to pay the admissions fee. If you are a transfer student, you can also potentially transfer credits for up to 28 bachelor’s classes. The university doesn't give much importance to the Standardized test scores, i.e. SAT and ACT scores. However, SU does look at the student’s high school GPA. Once the university checks everything, you gain access to the iCampus which you can log in to gain all relevant information.
Academic Advisor
You also need to contact the academic advisor from the university before you start with your classes here. The advisor clarifies any of your doubts and registers you for the course you are interested in. The university has provided its phone number which is 877-455-7180. The university also has a Contact Us webpage, which resolves general inquiries, offers technical support, and also helps you connect with the university’s Alumni. The webpage offers a platform to clear any doubt that you have in mind.
