Taylor College follows a simple application and admission process that includes a total of 4 steps, which are as follows: Step 1 that a prospective candidate needs to complete: Submitting the application A candidate is first required to apply to the college as part of the admission procedure at Taylor College. To apply to the university, interested candidates can either call the college at (352) 245-4119 or do it through online mode to secure admission. They can also follow an alternate way to take admission to the college by visiting its admissions office at 5190 SE 125th Street, Belleview, Florida 34420. Otherwise, they can contact Taylor College's admissions office by phone in order to take admission. Step 2: Acceptance by TC It should be noted by the candidates that submitting ACT and SAT scores is recommended but not mandatory at Taylor College. Further, after submitting the form and depositing the enrollment fee, to receive their admission decision, students are required to submit the following documents: Essay: Also known as the personal statement, the essay submitted by an applicant offers them a unique way to showcase their achievements and personality. It is advised that applicants include personal experiences and anecdotes as well. Transcripts: Submitting the necessary high-school and college transcripts is an important part of the evaluation process. An applicant can use Parchment (or similar platforms) to submit the same. Official Test Scores: As mentioned above, submitting SAT and ACT scores at TC is not mandatory and not all students submit them. Moreover, by submitting these official scores, a candidate can make a stronger claim for securing a seat at Taylor College. However, additional documents or information may be requested once the applications are reviewed. In Step 3, the candidate needs to confirm their attendance The candidates have to confirm their attendance to Taylor College to complete the third step. Additionally, they will be required to complete their Financial Check-In process and select their housing as well. These processes include reviewing and verifying the summary of Accounts and Financial Aid (scholarships, fees, and tuition costs), choosing a lodging option, selecting a payment plan, and making the first payment as well. Before proceeding to register for classes, candidates also have to complete the Math and English assessments. Step 4 includes registration for classes Once all the processes mentioned above are completed, the candidates will be required to register for courses.
