  • Any one of the following documents is required by the university as proof of completion of high school or equivalent:

    • Official high school transcript and its notarized copy along with final high school transcript with an awarded date.

    • Official GED or state equivalent transcript and a notarized copy of the GED certificate or state equivalent indicating a pass status.

    • Copy of the "secondary school leaving certificate" or other similar documents for students who completed secondary education in any foreign country

    • Official military transcript (Community College of the Air Force or Joint Services Transcript (JST))

    • An official transcript that indicates successful completion of a minimum of 12-credits from an accredited college or university and high school.

    • Official transcript from an accredited college or university two-year program necessary for a bachelor’s degree.

    • If you are a home-schooled student, you need to submit a copy of a high school diploma or any other equivalent in case the state law requires. If the state law requires otherwise, you should submit a transcript or the equivalent, signed by the student's parent or guardian.

  • Transfer students need to submit official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended (As applicable including military service).

  • Photo ID –

    • For US students: passport or driver's license;

    • For International students: Passport or other government-issued photo ID

  • Any of the following English test scores or records are required if English is not your native language:

    • TOEFL minimum scores of 500 in the Paper Based Test or 61 in the Internet-Based Test.

A score of 6.0 on the IELTS test or 44 on the PTE Academic Score Report.

    • A minimum grade of Level 3 on the ACT COMPASS's English as a Second Language Placement Test

    • A minimum grade of Pre-1 on the Eiken English Proficiency Exam;

    • A minimum B-2 English proficiency level identified within the Common European Framework of Reference standards and assessed through various ESOL examinations, including the University of Cambridge;

    • A transcript indicating completion of minimum 30 semester credit hours with an average grade of "C" or higher at an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the United States Secretary of Education and/or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), or accepted foreign equivalent that is registered in the International Handbook of Universities where the language of instruction was English

    • A high school diploma from accredited/recognized high school (which has English as the medium of instruction).

    • Financial Certificate for International Applicants Requiring Form I-20 to study in the United States as a full-time student.

  • Optional: Three Recommendation and Reference Forms. These forms can be downloaded from the official website.
