Undergraduate Admission
Register on University of Wisconsin System
The first stage of application requires you to register on the application portal for the University of Wisconsin system. The registration requires you to choose a LogIn ID, and Password. You will also have to provide basic personal details, namely, email address, full name, date of birth. Once you have registered, you will be asked a few initial questions regarding your educational qualifications, and the degrees that you would want to apply for.
One important thing to keep in mind while filling the campus you are applying for is that in case you want to apply to different campuses, they have to be done in separate application forms.
Fill in Details
Following the fill-up of the initial questions, you will be directed to the application form where you would be required to fill in personal details, residence details, education details such as date of taking SAT/ACT exams and so on. One thing apart from all these details that you have to fill in is a personal essay of 250-600 words in the application form.
Submit Application Fee
Once you have filled the fields in the application form, go ahead and submit your application fee of $50 and the application form.
Submit School Forms
One of the most important and common parts of applying to any college or university is the documents that you will have to submit. In case of University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee, you are expected to send the following documents to the UWM admissions location: UWM Admissions, PO Box 749, Milwaukee WI 53201-0749. Graduate Admission
Register on Panthera
Much like the Undergraduate admission, the application in Graduate programs would require you to register on their admission portal, Panthera. Once you have registered, you will have to answer a few initial questions regarding your previous educational background, personal details, and so on.
Fill in Details
Once you are past that stage, the next thing to do is to fill in your residence, personal, educational details in a more descriptive way.
Submit Application Fee
After filling up all your details, move on to the next step, which is paying the application fee of $75 and submitting the form. If you hold a Master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, and apply for a doctoral degree, this fee will be waived by the Graduate school.
Eligibility Criteria
Unlike the pretty straightforward process of the undergraduate admissions, there are quite a few eligibility criteria for admission in a graduate program. Let’s go through those together
