Students can avail of scholarships provided by the university, such as Abe and Annie Seibel Foundation Loan, Association of Information Technology Professionals Scholarship, Benjamin Gimp Raffkind Memorial Scholarship, and Children of U.S. Military who are Missing in Action or Prisoners of War (MIA/POWs) Exemption, if they find educational expenses to be on the higher side. As many as 90% of the students at WTAMU get some sort of financial aid, and the total amount of assistance/loans provided is more than $27,018,291 in a year. At WTAMU, the total percentage of applicants who receive the Federal Grant stands at 39%. On the other hand, 84% of the candidates get the Student Grant, 46% receive the Institution Grant, and 39% get the Pell Grant.
