Eligibility Criteria
Must be a minority student. This award is for U.S. students. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Must reside in one of the following fifteen counties comprising the Kansas City metro area: Jackson, Clay, Platte, Johnson, Buchanan, Cass, Lafayette, Boone in Missouri and Johnson, Wyandotte, Leavenworth, Douglas, Shawnee, Jefferson and Riley in Kansas. Must be pursuing a career in the energy industry through a major such as business, engineering, mathematics, or natural sciences.
