About the Scholarship

This scholarship is open to Delaware residents who have experienced a health-related issue (not necessarily a chronic illness) documented by a physician, which lasted at least six months and impaired their ability to pursue their education. Graduating high school seniors and former graduates from Delaware high schools may apply. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen. Must be a resident of Delaware. Must be active in community service. Must enroll as an undergraduate student in the fall of the year in which the scholarship is awarded. Must enroll full time.
