About the Scholarship
This award is available to Alabama resident students who are dependents or spouses of police officers or firefighters killed in the line of duty in Alabama. Students must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at a public postsecondary educational institution in Alabama. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be a high school senior or current undergraduate student. Must be the dependent or spouse of a police officer or firefighter killed in the line of duty in Alabama. Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at a public postsecondary educational institution in Alabama. Must be a resident of Alabama.
