About the Scholarship
The Alan and Rita Shugart Memorial Scholarship is available for graduating high school seniors who have a GPA of 2.8 or higher and plan to major in science, technology, engineering, business or entrepreneurship. Applicants must attend Carmel High School, Monterey High School, Pacific Grove High School, Seaside High School, or Stevenson School in the Monterey area of California. Eligibility Criteria
Must attend Carmel High School, Monterey High School, Pacific Grove High School, Seaside High School, or Stevenson School. Must plan to major in and show a strong interest in science, technology, engineering, business or entrepreneurship. This award is for U.S. students. Must have a grade point average of 2.8 or higher.
