About the Scholarship

The Alaska Airlines Women in Aviation Scholarship is open to U.S. female pilots who plan to pursue a professional airline pilot career. Students must be college juniors or senior who have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher to be considered for this award program. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen. Must be a female. Must be a pilot. Must be pursuing a professional airline pilot career. Must be a full-time student. Must be a college junior or senior. Must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale. Must be a member of Women in Aviation, International (WAI) by Nov. 1, and that membership must remain current through March.
