About the Scholarship

This scholarship is open to Virginia residents who are pursuing graduate degrees in dental hygiene or accredited degree studies related to the professional roles of a dental hygienist. Students must demonstrate financial need of $1,500 or more, and must be professional or student members of the ADHA. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Must be a resident of Virginia. Must hold an active dental hygiene license and a baccalauareate degree or higher. Must be pursuing a graduate degree in dental hygiene or accredited degree studies related to the professional roles of a dental hygienist. Please note: Students who are graduating in the 2015-2016 academic year are not eligible to apply for this scholarship. Students must be enrolled for the 2016-2017 academic year.
