Eligibility Criteria
Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be students enrolled in university/college in California. Must be candidates who identify as a female/woman. Must be Undergraduate/community college. Must be masters and PhD candidates. Must be planning to attend full time (exceptions are made for reentry and non-traditional applicants). Must not be fully funded for tuition, fees, and books or equivalent. Transcripts must be in English.
