This scholarship is open to U.S. and international undergraduate and graduate students who are residents of Augusta County, Virginia, or Staunton or Waynesboro, Virginia. Students must attend a college or university in Virginia and have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Must reside in Augusta County, Virginia, OR in Staunton or Waynesboro, Virginia.
