Eligibility Criteria
Must demonstrate academic achievement by having a grade point average of 2.7 or higher. Must plan to attend an accredited two- or four-year college or university as a full-time student (12 credits per semester for undergraduate). Must plan to attend college in Hawaii. Must be of Filipino ancestry. Must be a resident of Hawaii. Must be a graduate of a high school in Hawaii. Must be a high school graduate or older to apply for this undergraduate and graduate award.
