About the Scholarship
This award is for U.S. high school seniors who have a grade point average of 2.0 or higher. Students must submit an essay describing an obstacle they have overcome in the pursuit of higher education. Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a high school senior at time of application. Must graduate from a Baltimore city public high school.
