Must be enrolled full time in an accredited public or private (non-profit) college or university or an accredited tribal college or university. Must be a current undergraduate student. Must be registered as a member of a federal or state recognized tribe, OR be a descendant of at least one grandparent or parent who is an enrolled tribal member.
