Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must have passed the Arkansas High School Diploma (GED) test in the calendar year prior to applying. Must have been a resident of the State of Arkansas for at least the twelve months prior to successfully completing the Arkansas High School Diploma (GED) test. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Must enroll in a minimum of six credit hours per semester. Must be 18 years of age or older or a former member of a high school class which has graduated.
