About the Scholarship

This scholarship is available to U.S. and international undergraduate students who attend a school within the geographic boundaries of ASHRAE's Region III. Students must major in engineering or architecture and plan to pursue a career in the heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC&R) profession. Eligibility Criteria

Must attend a school located within the geographic boundaries of ASHRAE's Region III (Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, DC). Must be a high school senior or currently enrolled undergraduate student at time of application. Must be enrolled or plan to enroll in an engineering or architecture program accredited by the Accreditation Board of Engineering and Technology (ABET) or the National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB). For a list of ABET- and NAAB-accredited programs within these geographic boundaries, the student should visit www.abet.org or www.naab.org. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale. Must plan to work in the heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC&R) profession. Must be enrolled full time.
