Eligibility Criteria
Must be a high school senior at the time of application. This award is for U.S. students. Must be a resident of West Virginia. Must enroll as a full-time student. Must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher. Must be a graduating senior at Clay County High School, in Clay, West Virginia. Must be a U.S. citizen.
