Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a resident of West Virginia. Must enroll as a full-time student. Must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher. Must be a graduating senior at St. Albans High School, in St. Albans, West Virginia. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must have an ACT score of 20 or higher.
