This scholarship is open to U.S. women who have obtained a student pilot certificate and plan to pursue further flight training (may be any category, class, or phase of flight certification training). Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be a female. Must be a legal resident of Washington, Oregon, or Idaho. Must have obtained a student pilot certificate and provide a copy of the certificate. Must use the scholarship for any category, class, or phase of flight certification training including light-sport, recreational, private, and relevant ratings, including instrument, multiengine, commercial, and airline transport professional. Must be a member of Women in Aviation, International (WAI) by Nov. 1, and that membership must remain current through March.
