About the Scholarship

U.S. undergraduate and graduate students who have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher are eligible to apply for this award. Students must be members of the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) in good standing for one year or more to be eligible for an award. Application requirements for the Carmen E. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must be planning to enroll for six credit hours or more. Must be a member of the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) in good standing for one year or more to be eligible for an award. Must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher. Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
