This award is available for U.S. students or international students who are permanent residents of Miami. Students be majoring in engineering and must have completed at least one year of full time undergraduate study at the time of application. Application requirements for the Cesar A. This award is for U.S. students. Must have a grade point average of 3.00 or higher. Must have a permanent residence in Miami-Dade or Monroe counties in Florida. Must be majoring in engineering.
