About the Scholarship

U.S. undergraduate students who are residents of Cleburne County, Arkansas are eligible for this award. Students must be single parents with one or more children who are under the age of 18, be the head of household, and have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be a resident of Cleburne County in Arkansas. Must be a single parent with one or more children under the age of 18. Must be the head of the household. Must have and maintain a grade point average of 2.5 or higher. Must be a high school graduate (or the equivalent) or older at time of application. Applicants cannot already have earned an undergraduate degree unless pursuing a Master of Arts in Teaching degree. Must be pursuing a vocationally-oriented undergraduate course of study (full- or part-time) to ensure a better standard of living for his/her family.
