This award is for U.S. students. Must be currently enrolled at or planning to attend Columbia College of Missouri. Must be an ROTC Scholarship recipient. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Must be an incoming freshman or transfer student, or a currently enrolled undergraduate student. Must enroll as a full-time student.
