Eligibility Criteria
This award is for international and U.S. students. Must be a current resident of the state of Maryland. Must be the first person in his/her immediate family who will be attending a Maryland accredited postsecondary school. 'Immediate family' is defined as consisting of direct family lineage, such as brothers/sisters, mothers/fathers, and grandparents on either mother's or father's side. Must be planning to enter a medical or medical-related field. Must be currently enrolled in a Maryland high school and be planning to attend a Maryland college or university OR be currently attending a Maryland college or university.
