About the Scholarship

This scholarship is open to international and U.S. undergraduate students who are licensed radio amateurs. Students must reside in Wisconsin; if no eligible students are identified from Wisconsin, students residing in the ARRL Central Division (IL, IN, WI) will be considered. Eligibility Criteria
