About the Scholarship

This award is available for Delaware undergraduate students who are planning to attend eligible colleges/universities in Delaware or Pennsylvania. Graduate students are eligible under certain circumstances. Students must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher and demonstrate financial need; the eligible level of financial need is updated annually. Application requirements for the Delaware Scholarship Incentive Program (ScIP) are:FAFSA

Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must be a legal resident of Delaware. Must have an unweighted cumulative grade point average of 2.5 or higher. Must be a U.S. citizen or an eligible non-citizen. Must attend a non-profit, regionally accredited institution in Delaware or Pennsylvania OR attend a non-profit, regionally accredited institution to pursue a degree program that is not offered at a public college in Delaware. Must enroll full time. Must enroll in an undergraduate degree program.
