Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a Wyoming resident. Must plan to attend one of the following eligible Wyoming institutions: Casper College, Central Wyoming Community College, Eastern Wyoming College, Laramie County Community College, Northwest Wyoming Community College, Sheridan College, University of Wyoming, and Western Wyoming Community College. Must be a first-generation American. For purposes of this scholarship, a "first-generation American" is someone who was born in the United States but whose parents were not born in the United States.
