Eligibility Criteria
Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be a full-time student (12 credit hours or more). Must be a high school senior or current undergraduate student at time of application. Must be a resident of Clendenin or Herbert Hoover, West Virginia. Must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher. Must have an ACT score of 20 or higher.
