Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Must be a resident of one of the following counties: Kent or New Castle counties in Delaware; Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Mercer, or Salem counties in New Jersey; Berks, Bradford, Bucks, Chester, Clearfield, Delaware, Lehigh, Montgomery, Northampton or Philadelphia counties in Pennsylvania. Must be a graduating high school senior at time of application. Must plan to enroll in a full-time undergraduate course of study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school in fall.
